Comprehensive List of Documents Required for Establishing a New Industrial Training Institute (ITI)
As per ITI Affiliation Norms 2025, the following documents to be uploaded by the applicant at Stage- I and Stage- II of the application process for establishing a new ITI under the affiliation norms.
List of Documents: Stage-I Application Submission and State NOC
- Registration certificate of Applicant Entity,
- Byelaws/Trust deed/ MoA of Applicant Entity,
- Pan card of Applicant Entity,
- ID Proof of Secretary/Chairperson/President of Applicant Entity,
- ID Proof of Authorized Signatory,
- Land Ownership/Lease Documents,
- Resolution from Applicant Entity for starting ITI,
- Resolution for Authorized Signatory,
- Resolution regarding earmarking of land, building, and other resources exclusively dedicated to the ITI,
- Last 3 years balance sheet of Applicant Entity ( for state NOC if applicable)

- Building Plan of the Institute,
- Building Completion Certificate (BCC)
- Fire Safety Certificate
- Electricity Bill
- GST Invoices for Trade(s) Machinery Purchase and payment proof
